Why is it taking this long to fix a small bug from your side?
Why am I paying for:
JEC-Developer License
JTC-Developer License

I wish i had known about this late response before i even bought the licenses!!!

Thanks for the fix finally,
However it was not a pleasant experience for me so far with SmartAddons.

It took you more than 5 days to fix a major issue in your template! With out any proper nor careful correspondence with your client (me) I ended up sending emails to the many departments of yours to have this issue FIXED.

Tat is not accepted at all and I should advice you to look carefully into the support of your clients requests and fix your themes bugs ASAP.

Dear SA Nghiem Diep,

Maybe I should have used the ticketing system instead, it could have been more efficiently and more productive for me (as an end user) and you (as a service provider).
Allowing your support team to look into my tickets in a better manner and proper concordance ---> which could have lead into a better experience for me as a client and an end user.

I did file a ticket now with another issue, I will see how it will be handled
