I have solved the problem !

I talked to my host again and got these instructions:

1. Open your root catalog (in my case its /your_domain/public_html/) and add these lines to php.ini

session.save_handler = files;
session.save_path = /storage/content/xx/yyyyxx/erdomän.se/sessions;

xx = Is the two last number of the customer ID at your host
yyyyxx = Is the customer ID at your host

If there´s no php.ini file you just make one and add it under your root catalog
( in my case its /your_domain/public_html)

2. Then you´ll need to create a Sessions catalog under your domain, note that this sessions catalog is not going under your root (public_html). Through FTP you´ll open your domain catalog and create a catalog namned Sessions.

And the installations should start !
