IE8 support has ended 5.0 out of 5 based on 3 votes.
To catch up with the technology trend and increase the customers' satisfaction of website enjoyment, we has decided to stop support for IE8 since 1st September, 2014.

Google and Microsoft, 2 big players in thousands of companies, services, also stopped support IE8 at the end of 2013. It means that giving up IE8 is essential for concentrating on product development.

say goodbye to ie8

Why IE8 was dropped out

Based on user experience, it can be shortly listed some main reasons for stopping working with IE8:
  • It's slow
  • It's heavy to load
  • It uses much memory
  • It's more virus prone
  • It doesn't support latest web technologies: HTLM5, CSS3...
Since 1st September, we will not work with IE8 anymore. It means we will no longer guarantee full functionality or test and fix specified bugs in IE8. It may be inconvenient for IE8 users but we're sure that this change will bring out more better performance products to our customers. Besides, it is great that all our current Joomla templates can work well with Internet Explorer 8. You can visit our Joomla template showcase page to find out the most suitable ones.
We are looking forward to deliver the best in our creative fields. Feel free to give us your opinions.
