you can install the k2 comment module as the normal module in the admin --> Extensions --> Extension Manager --> Install.

You can refer some features of k2 comment module at

www.smartaddons.com/joomla/extensions/item/126-yt-k2-comment

You do not need to uninstall or disable the original K2 module.
