I have checked that the ftp access is ok. I have tried it with a FileZilla ftp client to connect to

IP Address: 83.165.197.187
PORT: 33
username: sm
password: sm

In there you can find a folder in /home/sm/www that is linked to the joomla configuration and it is with write access.

I received message: "Server sent passive reply with unroutable address. Using server address instead." when try to connect your FTP account. Please check FTP account again and you can refer at:
