this issue relate to the plugin optimize merge css file
you can add the css at the end of the file your_css.css in our template/css/

.homepage #yt_spotlight8{
background: url(../images/bg/bg-footer.jpg) no-repeat 0 0 !important;
background-size: cover;
padding: 60px 0 10px;
}
