Article Accordion is module support for Joomla 1.6 and Joomla 1.7. This module is a special extension to easily render modules with mootools effect. I'm sure that you will enjoy it.

MAIN FEATURE:

Categories: You can choose the category which you want to show
Show Items in Categories
Sort Order By: You can change order of article in category
Support to show the frontpage article
Total Article Display: Total article which you want to show in the module
Change the width module and height of small items
Duration
Support to Show Images
Support resizing mode for image
Allow to change the limited character of article title
Allow to show link image, link title of article
Support to show description
Support to change color of module, color of title, color of description
Footer note: Footer text of module

HOW TO USE

First of all, make sure you always download the latest version. If you just bought the extension, you already have the latest version.
The following documentation applies to the module version 1.0 and later.

REQUIREMENTS

- Joomla! v1.6.x latest stable version is highly recommended.

INSTALLATION

In Administrator page, go to Extensions -> Extension Manager
In this page, click on Browse.. button, choose our module and then click Upload File & Install

Go to Extensions -> Module Manager, choose option Select type and find Articles Accordion
And you can change params for your ideal after

SETTINGS

The parameters are divided into the following areas:

General Setting
Title Options and Link Options
Image Options
Effect and Layout Options
Advanced Options

Module Class Suffix - Please refer here
Select Categories - here you can choose some categories which you want to read articles for the module
For frontpage article - Allow you to filter articles with 3 options:
- Hide frontpage Articles: hide item which are frontpage article
- Only frontpage Articles: Show frontpage article only
- Include frontpage Articles: Show all article

Sort order by - Allow you to sort order articles by
- Recently Added First: Show latest articles
- Recently Modified First: Show latest modified articles
- Ordering
- Title: Sort order by alphabet
- Random

Total Article Display - Total articles which you want to show in module
Width Module - Allows you to add a width for the module.
Height Of Small Items - Allows you to add a height for the small items.

Open Link
- Same window: Open the link in the same window
- New window: Open the link in new window
- Popup: Open the link in new window without navigation
Max length of Description - The number of characters of description
Max length of title - The number of characters of title article
Color of title - Allow you change the color of title
Color of Description - Allow you change the color of Description
Show Description - You can show/off description
Link for Title - Enable/Disable link for Title of Article
Show Title - You can show/off Title of Article
Show Read More - You can show/off Read More of main article
Read More text - You can change text of Read More
Cutting Description With - Styte cut string
- Keeping HTML code: the module will keep html code in description
- Removing HTML code: the module will remove all html code before cutting
Custom Url Data Source - Custom Url Data Source of articles only support for source from Categories or Ids. Syntax:

- Id2=>url=linkURL2|image=linkimage2
