how to remove or change the color of vertical lines between thedifferent modules : search, social, contac,t in the header

Please go to your_site/templates/sj_plus/css/template-blue.css and find, then remove:
#yt_header .row-fluid > div:before {
    border-left: 1px solid #DDDDDD;
    box-shadow: 1px 0 0 #FFFFFF;
    content: "";
    float: left;
    height: 50px;
    margin-top: 20px;
}

This does not work for me. I use the red css style and responsive.
When i remove the code below, it is still there when i view the css browser generated code.
I can change all .css in the directory, no effect. Why?
Something todo with less?

If you working with .less, please go to your_site\templates\sj_plus\less\layout.less and find, then remove it:
.row-fluid > div{
          &:first-child{
               &:before{border: none;.box-shadow(none);}
          }
          &:before{content: "";border-left: 1px solid #ddd;height:50px;margin-top: 20px;float: left;.box-shadow(1px 0 0 #fff);}
     }
