ul.navi {

	padding: 0;

	display: block;

	zoom: 1;

	list-style: none;

	position: relative;

	height: 49px;

}

=> Edit to:

ul.navi {

	margin: 0 0 0 0;

	padding: 0;

	display: block;

	zoom: 1;

	list-style: none;

	position: relative;

	height: 49px;
  
       border-top: 2px solid #cecece;

}
